Phone opens generic when I open phone
Hi,
Everytime I open the phone with a teenager or young adult my sims likes to go into a white screen and then it comes up with buying generic even though I didn't press an option on the phone

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- A screenshot of what you are seeing.
