Pie Menu not opening when clicked

I don't know if this should be in this topic but upon fixing my game and removing some mods to create space, I've found that I can't open the Pie menu. I found this last exception bug report (attached) but I have no idea what any of it means. Can someone explain it to me so I can find the problem and resolve it?
