Ping Pong and Juice Pong Question

Sul Sul to everyone I have a question about juice pong skill this is hidden skill from Dicover University .How many levels has this skill to master it and the ping pong skill too.

I can not find any information about the levels of theese skills.

Game still not loading
managed to load into manage worlds and clicked on my household, was taken to the loading screen and straight back to manage worlds. not sure what's going on still after this 2nd update.

can't adopt pets
