Placing build causes trash cans to be completely full

As title says, every single time I place a build I have done, or move a new family into it, every single trash can in the house will be full. This doesn't matter if I'm placing from library, gallery, or just moving a family into a house. The trash cans are as full as they can be every time. which causes me to have to go through and delete all the trash cans and replace them.
