planting in basement not working anymore

I am playing a bunker challenge. Before I could plant in planters without problems, now the sims just put the fruit or vegetable on it and don't plant it. There is not even the "... could not germina...

Hard to say, because sometimes it worked, sometimes not. But I tested it right now and it worked, let's hope it stays that way
