Plants not evolving
Have recently noticed that my sheltered plant isnt evolving at all, even though im taking care of it and there is a bee house next to it it isnt evolving past normal at all has anyone else found this?

Six years later I am having this problem.
1 Forbidden Fruit trees that have reached Magnificent but will not evolve to Perfect. They are all seasons plants in the open. Fertilized with dragon fruit.
2 Dragon Fruit bushes that have also reached Magnificent, but will not evolve, also fertilized with dragon fruit. They are autumn plants, sheltered by a roof, but no walls - does that matter?
Edit, Sims 4, trying to complete Plant-a-sim scenario. Have to manually click to evolve, the sparkles just don't turn up.
WombatBlue1 I have noticed too that evolve takes a lot longer now. I also don't notice any difference in the amount of time it takes whether they are sheltered or not. No it doesn't matter if they are just sheltered by a roof or in a building. Sparkles seem to be a bug sometimes they don't show and sometimes they do.
