If you can't afford anything else than a tablet, you might wanna give Sims Mobile a look.
@crinrictI did a bit more research and I stumbled onto this laptop that costs less than the Acer Iconia One 10 Tablet.
Its called a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 460 14" Laptop. Do u think i am able to use that for Sims 4 or should i just get Sims Mobile (is it posible to get sims mobile for that laptop?)

- This is way to underpowered. Cheap laptops are usually not made for gaming.
