Please help, origin thinks I have university so I am unable to buy it

I preordered Discover University around 2 weeks ago, but I cancelled it short after because I wasn't sure whether or not to get it. The funds were never transferred or anything. Now that its out, I want it again but Origin seems to think I already own the pack. However, when I press download, it says "download failed due to internet connectivity". I contacted EA for help and honestly the service was pretty unhelpful because I did not receive any new information and I still haven't gotten help 24 hours later.

    @annvo02, I think you will have to contact EA Support for this issue.  Most of the people here on the Answers HQ forums are volunteers and would not be able to help you with your account.😳

    You can either contact them by a Live Chat, or by phone call, or e-mail (but I have heard e-mail takes the longest!)
