@MadiPenguino A first step is to find out if it is caused by mods. Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
It's definitely a mod then RIP
I'll do the 50/50 one and report back which it is... ;(

I've finally gotten the sounds to stop, culprit seems to be SpinningPlumbobs_FairiesVSWitches even after an update (from the past 24 hrs) Hopefully this saves someone else the time.

@MadiPenguino Just to confirm, was that tested alone, with localthumbcache deleted? Does it do this in a new save?

All of this was done after your initial call to remove all mods and I deleted the thumbcache as well at that point before the 50/50 method. I can test in a new save if needed.
