Please let teens join the freelance job

The Freelance job path is not available to teens. Why is that? I mean it's basically odd jobs. Which pretty much any teen has done at one point or another. So My overall suggestion for the dev team is that possibly going forward imagine Teens going all the way up to 19. Which would open more avenues. To all of the sims 4 team great work!  Thank you for of the great things you do.
