Problem With Saving Builds

I don't know if this is the right place, but I'm hoping someone will be able to help. I can build a house but when I save the build the view is from the top down, not the front. I've never seen this before and it just started today (4/10/25). The camera works fine, I can build as usual, and I can play as usual, it's just when I try to save a build. This didn't start until today, and the only thing I've done is buy the two new packs (which are fantastic!).  I tried to add a screenshot, but I don't think it worked. I'm not very good at this, I'm afraid.

    Does this happen with all your builds or just with one particular  build? Does the build in the screenshot that you posted have a roof?

    Yes, it happens with all builds. I didn't put an actual roof on it, just to make it easier to see.

    I think I did. I went to the game in the EA app and clicked on those 3 dots and chose repair. Is that what you meant? It's driving me crazy lol

    Try pressing the T button and see if that helps. That button toggles top down view on/off.

    When I'm actually building, it works just fine. But when I'm finished building and try to save the build, the view is always from the top instead of the front, like normal. 😔
