Dynasty Unity Crisis after Head Steps Down to Make Heir Dynasty Head

This issue is pretty much what it says on the tin. I had my original dynasty head step down to make her heir the dynasty head. Then, the dynasty was plunged into a unity crisis. There are no negative moodlets or sentiments between any of the dynasty members. The dynasty is at max prestige level. 

Is this expected behaviour, or a bug? Should I log it as a bug?
