Problem with sims 4

When I try to create a game, after I finish creating the Sim and buying a house, it gets stuck on the loading screen. When I exit and re-enter the game, I try to play that game and it returns me to the previous worlds. I've already tried repairing the game through the EA app, and it didn't work. I've also tried manually fixing the game files, and that didn't work either. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it still doesn't work. Could you please fix this?
