Quick question about pufferfish

hey has anyone experience or know if its possible for a sim to make pufferfish nigiri autonomously?   And to note,  i know they have to eat the recipe first to even to be able to make it - but after that - is this a meal they could make at random without being instructed to?    Curious for my gameplay.    I wasn't sure if only specific meals are cooked autonomously or any meal could be.
