New Save File corruption

About a week ago my save file corrupted (lots surrounding revert back to EA originals + infinite loading screens). I had plenty of back up saves (technically the same save, just earlier versions), but even after removing cc, clearing cache, removing localthumcache, repairing my game and creating a new sims folder, all earlier saves were also retroactively corrupted,  which I know were not corrupted before.

This came completely out of the blue, one moment I was playing the next it corrupted. I wasn't updating the game or adding any cc/mods.

I decided to cut my losses and decided to move over my lots and households to a brand new save, admittedly almost every lot. However I got up to about the last four worlds and noticed that it began to corrupt again. I could revert to an earlier save and it would be fine, but the minute I tried to place a new lot it would corrupt again. It doesn't matter what lot I place, or which world it just corrupts from there, like it hits a certain amount of lots and then it is done, but it is not exact.

I am looking for a solution to this so I can continue to place the rest of my lots :)
