Random fire on roof

Question

Hello everyone,A random fire started on my family's roof. At first I couldn't find where the fire was, then I found that it was on the roof. I teleported a few of my Sims up to there so they could extinguish the fire. I also called the fire department, added them to my family, and teleported them. However every time my sims extinguish the fire, another one starts. I even tried to let it go out on its own and the same thing. I don't what else to do. Any suggestions? Thank you.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Perhaps try switching to another household, play them for a short while, then switch back to your family. The fire may then have been extinguished and not start again.

I can’t switch to another household or do anything when a fire is going on.&nbsp;

Do you have the Bust the Dust kit? Empty rooms can accumulate dust until it combusts. Turning off the dust in options sometimes works.&nbsp;

I've seen this happen before. The fire never goes out. You basically have to do a hard shutdown and restart your game unfortunately.
