Random fire on roof

Hello everyone,

A random fire started on my family's roof. At first I couldn't find where the fire was, then I found that it was on the roof. I teleported a few of my Sims up to there so they could extinguish the fire. I also called the fire department, added them to my family, and teleported them. However every time my sims extinguish the fire, another one starts. I even tried to let it go out on its own and the same thing. I don't what else to do. Any suggestions? Thank you.
