Random parts of floor becoming unwalkable?

I have this strange issue where one or more floortiles (typically in a rental or a penthouse, haven't encountered the issue in a house yet) become unwalkable and a sim won't go over that or those tiles in any way, and if made to walk past that or those tiles they do a big U to avoid it. I've tried to delete those tiles amd replace them but the issue is still there!

I don't have any mods that would somehow impact the floor and the issue is still there with the mods gone from what I realise. The tiles picked for the issue are usually random, but close to the wall. Is there any way I can somehow fix it? Or a mod that can fix it? Repairing the game and deleting localthumbcache doesn't seem to work
