Random Sims running naked in the neighborhood

Could you please provide the following information
- Does no cc in this world mean that your mods folder is empty except resource.cfg ?
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Do you have any clothing optional lot traits ?

- I am playing on PC
- I don't have any clothing optional lot traits and it happens in every lot.
It happened in all the saves I created during the last month. I thought that maybe it was because my save is heavy but I created another save and the issue is still there. Not a big issue though :)
