Re: Acting career not appearing

Do you see the world Del Sol Valley and items from the Get Famous pack. If not is the pack listed as owned? Also are you on PC or Console.

@jpkarlsen Del sol valley works and shows up, it’s where my sim lives, my sim still has the acting skill under her skill stuff it seems like the items from the pack are there. Also I’m playing on a laptop, MacBook Air specifically if you also needed that info?

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@jpkarlsen Alright thank you, I tried this and it worked. I was wondering if I delete the mod and reinstall it if that will work or if I need to wait for the creator to fix it?

@jpkarlsen Alright so I found the problem, I installed the new version of MC Command Center and it was fine, but when I put in all my settings for MC Command Center and restarted the game the issue started happening again and the version of MC Command center is the latest one so now I don't know what to do.

If it only failed when you put your old MCCC settings file back in, then you have bad settings. MCCC can change a LOT of things and it's very easy to break your game with the wrong settings.

I would recommend putting ALL the settings back to defaults and changing them back a few at a time until you find out which setting (or combination of settings) is breaking your game.
