@catqb91, but what people mean by being a true hybrid of Aliens and Spellcasters is that they have the special abilities of both of these types of Sims. Even if you look like an Alien, you aren't really an Alien in the game unless you can do things like instantly find out another person's personality traits, erase their memories, etc. 🤨
Nooooo.... They have traits. Stats and abilities of both... I have done it. I have them. Lol they are aliens and can do alien abilities and KEEP THEM because since that post I aged my teen to young adult. She has the stat bar, gem, spellbook, spell perks and all Just like a 100% spellcaster. Of coarse you cant make one in creation, but wheres the fun in that? They wanted to know if there was a way to make a spellcaster alien. And there is. Point blank. She not only has stats of spellcaster AND can overheat AND can cast and learn spells but she has all the alien interactions as well..not to mention a downfall to not being able use a disguise(unless you want your sim to be random all the time switching back and forth) when they meet new sims they react to them as ALIENS. So realize I have done this and I KNOW it works. The game recognizes them as ALIEN and SPELLCASTER. I posted a pick of Demi Galaxy (my hybrid) says "known alien" and "neophyte" so how does the game and characters not recognize them as aliens? And what do you mean by loose traits? Cause they def dont. Lol they ONLY downfall is the hybrids CAN go into disguise but being there is no option to edit it they randomize. But other than that. That is the only way to make an alien spellcaster. Lol
So this is me playong as Demi Galaxy's mom. It shows the cursor on her and that shes both spellcaster and shes a known alien ... 😂
And yes she can also do allll the social interactions aliens do. No mods. Nothing. You can also make vampire and spellcaster hybrids they'll have a vampire stat bar and you use the vampire perks but they can do spells and learn spells the only problem is you can't open their spell book and they don't have a cast meter or any way to use spell Caster perks so you can definitely make pretty much any hybrid you want you just got to be creative LOL and just like the alien that can do social alien interactions and be a spellcaster the vampire abilities are just the same my vampire hybrids can cast spells drink plentiful need potions and suck blood when they want to LMAO oh and also unlock all their trade so that they can be sunlight vampires and not burn from the Sun LMAO I have been playing Sims for a loooooong time. Since day one.

And to show Ive had her from birth and she keeps alllll her traits so Idk why your telling people they cant make hybrids with both abilities .. And that the game doesnt recognize them as aliens when it does. Its actually hard for hybrids to meet sims cause they start off negative on some cause i dont switch to disguise cause as Ive stated before. Everything else tho.. Um.. No..
And before its brought up, yes they get credit for any spellcaster aspirations and goals as well. Lol
