Re: Allow Cesarean (C Section) Scar On All Bodies

Hi @gooochyeee , if I choose Male sim (gender identity) with Female frame (gender assign at birth) I can't apply the C-section scar, the option isn't there. Someone in the bug forum wrote something interesting. The C-section scar should be available for all genders and frames because even male sims with male frames can get pregnant by aliens.

I totally forgot about cis male sims being able to get pregnant by aliens. Now it makes even more sense why they should be available for all bodies

@GiardiniDiMarzoI think it should be for everyone and maybe they should for males increase the horizontal lines height so it dosent get hidden by underwear. But it is 100% needed to be done in some shape or form as it is needed. Also even Male sims and male frame can have the option in gender settings to be pregnent rather then get others pregnent even without it affecting the frame. So I agree with the thread, I was merely saying I think thats the reason but I dont agree with the choice if that makes sense?

( if what I say seems wrong im sorry english isnt my first langague/mother tounge)

Yeah, unfortunately the game can be very gendered at times. Usually when I say this it's like some root underlying code/very basic kind of thing, but... this is a new feature, and I find that odd.

It didn't even need to be a c-section scar really. It could have just been a surgical scar. I've got similar myself IRL from a surgery that wasn't a c-section. I know men that do too.

But I don't think anything should be gender locked now, especially since so much progress is being made and the game is really starting to embrace that and show willingness to move forward. Let's just open it all up and let us choose.

@simsplayer818 I agree, this didnt need to be gender locked at all, and the worst part is it is not even a thing I as a player can remove a tag and be able to use it. So with a hair tag I dont like I can take off the tag and use it in the game. But with body scars I have to go into game files, change the tag, overide it and download it like its a mod, which console cant do. Its not okay to lock stuff like this. I know males who have scaring in the same area as this new scar form surgery ( i dont wish to get into why). I wish this wasnt done like this and I hope our feedback dosent go unheard as this kind of representation is needed for ALL our sims regardless of gender or reasoning of the scar
