@Soanad if you're logged onto a different computer, the disappearance may make sense as rewards are entered into UserSettings.ini file. That's located in the main path Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and should be found near or at the bottom. You can try to copy/paste your UserSettings file from one computer to another if you're using multiple. If you have a flash drive handy, save the file on one in order to transfer it.

For those of us using the very same PC, I suppose our issues with obatining rewards remain a mystery. Anyhow, you might try the copy/paste method. Perhaps it may return your acquired rewards to your second computer. Best luck.

That is ridiculous! I don’t have access to my main computer and of course I’m not crazy to take freaking saves with me everywhere.
They tell you to log in, you log in and claim the reward and you think that’s it. Nope. Of course not. You have to take your saves with you and replace files! And what if you would like to reset your game and create whole new EA folder? You loose your rewards!
I think that’s it for me. It’s just getting worse and worse. They can take these rewards and put them you know where.
