That's great feedback, thanks for providing this!

While there isn't a direct way to swap into your career outfit, what you could do instead is head into CAS, and set any career outfits that you've unlocked as a certain type of outfit, like Party Outfit. That way you have a quick way to swap into your career outfit through the Change Outfit option.
