Went on to do week 2, and completed some of the tasks, now I have the task to Buy a Modern Photo Frame, but it's not available in the buy mode, and I cannot collect it from the event UI as I dont have enough points for it. I've added screenshot of the tasks I have left and the event UI.
Did you not get points for one of the tasks ?

No idea, I know I did them all and now only have that one task left but short 10 points or something to get the Modern Photo Frame
I have the same problem. I'm 10 points short of being able to unlock the modern photo frame, and the game isn't giving me any more tasks. (I play on PC, so the issue isn't just with the console version of the game.)
I havent been able to get past the first week
I’m playing on a ps4 and I can’t claim any of my awards that I have earned points to get to it’s still saying locked someone please help figure this out please and thank you because I’m really getting upset on how broken my game is and I might stop playing if I can get help from ea it’s like the read but don’t care about helping us console players

If they come after the photo frame, then no. Since I cannot proceed past the photo frame as it shows I dont have enough points to get it.
I literally cannot do any of the event due to not being able to do the tasks because of the not being able to buy the photo frame. So unfortunately I can't say whether I have any other issues with later items.
