Re: [CLOSED] Happy Home Login Event: Can't Claim Reward nothing happens - Event Over

The new daily log in reward system for the sims 4 is not letting me claim it. When I click on it on the fist main menu screen it doesn't do anything but glitch a black box across my screen for a few seconds, then it disappears. I've tried restarting everything from the sims 4 to the EA app to my pc. I have also tried repairing the sims 4 and nothing has worked.
