• What language is your game ? English
• What country are you in ? U.S. 
• Do you have the freezer bunny tile? No
• Any mods/cc in your game ? Not presently. I pulled them all out and deleted the local thumbnail and avatar cache.

I haven't seen hide nor hair of the bunny tile in my game. I took my mods out, I repaired the game. I checked that the EA app was up to date manually and it said it was.

Edit: Like others, my Main Menu shows the "Step One, Step Two, Step Three" along the top.
