Disregard. This is a feature not a bug.
The wall height icon appears on all windows and doors to conveniently show the proper wall height for the selected object.

Oh I see, I've never noticed this feature before. The box icon with number over the thumbnail image of the object description is reference to if the object is currently stored in household inventory. Learned something new 🏫
I'll strikeout those posts as they are not a bug but a feature.
That will be because it is a type of door so it's letting you know it can be placed on the shortest wall height. I wouldn't class this as an issue or bug.
