@VDKH You can only control which Sims from your own household are sent to HS. Any NPCs that show up are random.
Or did you see somewhere that played households are supposed to show up as NPCs all the time ?

I just wanted to throw in my two cents since I too am having this issue. A YouTuber i watch named carmen is playing a 'mean girls' series with high school years and she made 4 teen sims to play the mean girls. she also made a family with two twins. When she plays as the twins and goes to school the mean girl NPCs show up at school everytime. How?
@sUperJennI0727 You would need to ask the youtuber but maybe she's using that mod others have talked about ?
My experience so far is that there are 10 NPCs students (5 for each class room) showing up each day. Which is a bit random but for me it's been a bit rotational, meaning. I have the same ones showing up every day and then it gets switched and other show up but these do for a few days.
So if you're lucky, you're other played households do show up.
