Using the second custom room tool works best for me.
Just click once at the corner then draw to the next point.

Not sure why that does not work.
Perhaps there is something in this building guide that will help.

Well thank you, but these bug only appears when i try to build a penthouse
@sengin1996 It appears you've discovered an issue of inconsistency with the wall tool when used on a Penthouse roof or open deck area. When the wall tool is used to create a room it does not automatically create a ceiling. However, the room tool does create a ceiling automatically.
I made a video demonstrating this which also includes a workaround to create the missing ceiling for the room made with the wall tool.
