@BeefyFire Hi! That sounds really frustrating. Do any of the sims in your example have special characters in their names? For example, the cheat doesn't work with sims like Paka'a Uha because of the apostrophe. If that's not the issue, would you mind trying these suggestions, if you haven't already?
- Reverse the names in the cheat. So, if you tried something like this...
ModifyRelationship Bob Pancakes Eliza Pancakes 50 LTR_Friendship_MainThen try the cheat this way...

- Try creating a new save and test the cheat there. If it works in the new save, it could mean that your current save got corrupted somehow.
- If you're playing on PC or Mac and have any mods, create a new save or copy of your current save with the "save as" feature as a test save. Exit the game and move your Mods folder to the desktop. Then, delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing. If the cheat works without mods, then you will need to test them in batches to find the culprit. You'll want to delete that cache file each time you load a batch of mods and before opening the game to test.
Please come back and update if any of this worked for you or not.
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried them all and nothing worked. I do not have any mods
@BeefyFire Oh no! That is very strange. Please double check that testingcheats are on. Also, would you mind sharing the full cheat text that you're using?
Thank you for your help. I just tried again and it worked all of a sudden. Did nothing different. Weird, but it's fixed!
