Babies keep arriving

I'm now experiencing a KNOWN BUG where NPC's keep popping out babies when you switch households or relaunch your game. One of my UNPLAYED households, that is related to a played household, just had three separate babies pop up when I got out of Cas, then reloaded the save. I do have mods installed and only MCCC is updated, as far as I know.

    HI HillyPlays​ 

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop
    • Delete the following files from your user folder.
      •   localthumbcache
      •   Any lastException Files
      •   Any LastCrash files.
    • Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    Also could you point me to another report for this or where you seen this being a known issue ?

    One of my friends mentioned it in a conversation, but I never had the issue before yesterday.
