Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I’ve linked my EA account to my Xbox account to gain access to all my sims 4 stuff. However it’s not showing up I’ve restarted the game multiple times and still nothing. I had to unlink my Xbox from a different account to link it to my current one and it’s says it’s linked but I still don’t have my stuff.

Thanks for reaching out. Were the packs purchased on the Xbox gamertag you had previously linked? If so, that content is only accessible on that gamertag. Content and progress does not transfer between accounts.
