Re: Gallery stuck on “attempting to connect”

I just created a new account in EA. I logged in...it recognized my installed sims. I am currently running Sims 4 under this new account AND I was able to log to the Gallery!!!! This is NOT a WIFI, connectivity issue. The Sims 4 game is blocking by username. 

Updated: I log off EA and relogged as my original vikinggear account and again I am unable to connect. Same computer. Again is NOT the WIFI is something EA has to fix.
