    Please see the accepted solution on page 1 here for more information on your pre-order content. If you've bought from a third-party retailer, please make sure you've purchase from a trusted retailer, like GameStop, so the live support team can assist you if your content is missing. You can read up further on trusted retailers in the post here

    @EA_Solaire I don’t see anything on PAGE1 and I did buy it from GAMESTOP and they advised it is a manufactures issue. I have called them for days and they say the same thing!! I am waiting on an email back from EA but this is not acceptable and frustrating

    You'll need to gather your proof of purchase for Growing Together that you received from GameStop which you can find with the steps here. Once you've got your proof of purchase, you'll need to attach those images to your EA help case by following these steps. When your proof of purchase is uploaded to your case, the live support team will look into verifying the purchase, and once everything is verified, they can help grant your preorder content to your account.

    @EA_Solaire Cdkeys is not helping me at all and they won’t give me a refund. Is there another way for people who purchased from cdkeys to get the bonus items?

    @EA_Solaire Hi and I have submitted my Proof of Purchase, a screenshot that I do have the game installed (and it’s active) and I also sent a picture of ( when placing lots) the game advises some items has been removed cause I don’t own them and when I pull up the used packs it shows 2 growing togethers (1 I own and another I don’t own which has the extra content). Hopefully they can do something other than advise me to contact GAMESTOP like they were doing via CHAT. I will keep this dudes updated for others who’s experiencing this issue

    @EA_Solaire took a lot of emailing & a final
    Live chat to get it resolved but it’s resolved! Anyone with the same issue, submit a case, EA will help!!!

    How did you get live chat with EA? The only option I ever see to contact them is sending a case by email. I used to see live chat, because that's how I contacted them in the past. I don't see that option anymore.
