Australia still nothing and ran through the steps again, yet the site says its solved? um I don't think so..

Help would be great or even an acknowledgement of the issue?!
Or even some type of communication with the public about the issue being resolved so we don't feel as if we are going to miss out on the event?.. like come on it has been out for nearly a week and no one has spoke up about us here still waiting..  

The Netherlands is still not working. Updated everything, repaired everything, the game is vanilla as can be. But still not an event. I hate the feeling that there is a party going and I'm not allowed to go. 

That's awesome, there was a bug that allowed to get the items in build mode. But they fixed the bug immediately, you can not get it anymore. When there is a bug in game, when something doesn't work for gamers, it exists forever, but wenn it comes to get a thing, that actually IS free, that bug will be fixed as soon as possible.

Same here! It is already the 11th and I dont have the event

No Event, no Rewards, nothing...

It's getting kinda frustrating... NGL!

The FOMO is real and it's a pain in the bum that I see so many content creators with all those cool new things, without being able to get'em myself.

Bad enough that missed a couple of the "pre-order-rewards" with packs like Cottage Living and Highschool Years, but this - at this point - is just outrageous!

I know I know they said, they'll try to get it out to everyone by tomorrow - I don't see that happening though.

Why the hell did I spend so darn much many on something like this?!
