@fransimspea16 Sorry for your frustration! I have just tried creating the opening over the stairway in the manner Deligrasy demonstrated (drawing railing/fencing across the top of the stairs to complete the 'room' over the opening at the top of the staircase, then deleting the floor with the sledgehammer. This method did work for me in the home.
- I would like to confirm, did you do the step she mentioned of drawing the 'railing/fencing' 'room' for the area of the opening, then drawing a piece of railing/fencing across the top of the stairs to complete the 'room' over that 'opening', then deleting the floor with the sledgehammer?

- It may be helpful if you activate the MOO cheat while doing this. [Shift+control+c (press enter), type "bb.moveobjects on" in the box in the upper left of your screen, no quotes (press enter). A message should appear that says "MoveObjects cheat is ON". You can turn the cheat back off by saving and exiting or by typing "bb.moveobjects off" in the box (press enter) - A message should appear that says "MoveObjects cheat is OFF".]
