@KtaytayK07  Sort the folder's contents by date.  For any given item you've saved, all the corresponding files will have the same date.  I believe you can sort your in-game Library by date created too, so you should be able to tell which set of Tray files corresponds to which item.  But if not, a bit of experimentation should be enough to sort things out.
