@MysticOrre413   You're welcome!  It is certainly confusing when things aren't labeled clearly.  I'm just guessing this was an oversight; not adding "EA ID" to the help process.  Hopefully someone on the team will address that and also, I do hope you're able to get your account and games running smoothly! :-)
