Hello,
Thanks for your reply. However, I think that I do need a visual as to where I can find the latest version. I couldn't find it on my end.
Also, I did the last update last week when the new Riviera Retreat came out.

I did look at it; in my folder, I have GameVersion, GameVersion ⚽, GameVersion - Copy 🏈, and GameVersion - Copy 🏀.
But then, I was scanning and didn't read the actual instruction or link. I did go into my game and found out that the latest version that I have is 1.1107.112.1030 (I first read it as 1.1107.117.1030).
But the GameVersion.txt in my folder is (GameVersion - Copy 🏀 said something different, which now I can't read because it's in strange fonts.
So, I do have the latest version, but I did see the pop-up to update my game before June 10th.
What happens if mine is already updated, but I can't get into my game on June 11th?
I had the same issue literally an hour ago! I unistalled the game out of impulse BUT when it installed it was still stuck. I then just went to the EA app and did an "App Recovery", it's under the hamburger menu on the left top corner, then clicked "clear cache". That did the trick!

I just heard the update on YouTube. The updates are going to be on June 10th. So I have nothing to worry about now.

I just checked my sims 4 and it said mine is 1.107.151 does this mean mine is updated?

the 1020 just tells you what platform you're playing on (PC) and the DX9 is which directX version you're running (New since May patch) - @SweetHeart_sydd i have the same problem i tried clearing the cache and it still didnt work i repaired the app and reinstalled it but nothing! i still cant see the update button ):

Did the same as you described, and now I no longer get the pop-up. Thanks! My version was WAY beyond what was supposedly the most up-to-date version, so I guess I'm good! Thanks!
Help I am also having this issue. my game version is 1.107.151.1020. I have cleared the ea app cache and even uninstalled it then re-installed it. I haven't tried it with the sims like uninstalling it yet

Hello! So what happens if I missed that 6/10 update deadline? Am I doomed from sims forever or do they have a plan b for us out of loopers? Thanks
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@Jerea333 No, just update the game. It just means that you won't be able to start the game if you haven't updated.

Ok great I did do that. I am able to play offline only. When I try to play online my Home Screen is all greyed out, I can’t click on anything. The while playing offline I have no build/buy mode. So strange because all items are still in my game. So there must be a mod issue as for build/buy. Not sure why my Home Screen is greyed out when playing online after updating after 6/10 ☹️ Thanks for your prompt response!
