You'd need to contact the mod Artist at their website or discord @Pinkdoughnuts11  or if you're also referring to the Sims 4 Studio, then the forum there would be more able to help(?) I use the S4S with no problems, there are different versions, ie: Mac, Pc etc. (or if it's S 'File Share'), still the other options are more direct for you.
