I just talked to ea on live chat because I had the same problem and they said some places it wont be available till tomorrow. That's why I couldn't purchase it today !!!! I cant wait for the jungle adventure pack ☹️(

still cant get the sims4 jungle adventure. I believe it goes by the times they gave for where you live . so maybe tonight
