Alright, so I'm having a bit of an issue understanding what I'm supposed to do then. Am I supposed to enter the cheat, then go in to CAS? OR Go in to CAS, the come out and enter the cheat? I've tried it both ways and neither works. So is there some other way it's supposed to be done?

The cheat you listed removes breasts from the currently selected female sim and works immediately. No need to enter CAS. If you use the cheat that gives a male sim breasts they will be very small so to see a difference you would need to go in to CAS and make them bigger.

Also remember that you need to use testingcheats on first.

I had testingcheats on, but when I typed the cheat is didn't work. The way it's typed on the forum is the way it should be in the command box, yes?

Yes, and it works perfectly. The easiest to see is with a female sim selected if her breast are of some size Traits.equip_trait Breasts_ForceOff will make her as flat as a male.

I guess it's just not working for me. I triple checked that cheats were on and it still won't work.
