Can't place lots from my own library

Since the last update, when I go to place a lot from those saved in my library, I get a message saying the content is not downloaded to my gallery. But all of my packs, kits, etc. show as installed when I look in the EA app and in marketplace. When I ignore the warning and place the lot anyway, the whole entire lot just doesn't just doesn't show up. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

  • Have you checked in “My Collection” in the marketplace to make sure all your packs are active?

    Thank you for the response. I did check marketplace and they are all showing as active. It's so weird. Before the update, you could place any lot, and it would just tell you "5 items removed" if it had something you didn't own. But these are lots from my own library, so I definitely own what's in the build.

  • I’m having the exact same issue! I built the house for a family and loaded it to my library/gallery and it  tells me I dont own the content.  To top it off it now won’t launch that household for me to play and I get a failure to launch message. Very frustrated! This was a new save because 4 updates ago it corrupted my entire save file and now with the past 3 updates (including their fix for the fix) I’m having tons of issues!

    update: I moved the family to a different lot and deleted the house. Went to click on the new lot I have the family in and it’s still giving me an error. So the issue is not just the house for me but also this specific family. I can get into all my other families. I’ve done all the things and don’t know what else to do. I believ this is a game issue and something is broken that EA didn’t fix or broke when they fixed other things. The game is basically unplayable.
