Re: Logitech headphones arrive yet to sims?

Hello @Cheeky_Chiana,

The Logitech headset was made available through an SDX drop back in June for all platforms- PS4 included. If you didn't receive it, can you be sure you have SDX drops enabled on your console? 

You can check this from the main menu by going to Game Options-> Sims Delivery.

    @EA_Solaire Hi, thank you for replying. It is and has always been on. I have a green tick in the box for auto download too! So I've no idea why I haven't had it! Where would I look for it if it was downloaded please? TIA

    @Cheeky_Chiana 

    You'd find this headset in CAS under the baseball cap section, it should be listed as a base game item.
