Hello, during the limited time event Lost Legacy, I created a new family and I don't have an ambassador in my friends, but to complete the task I need to call her, and I can't find her to meet her again. Can anyone advise me what to do about this?
When I created a new save that needed to call her it's showed up somewhere under the phones social menu as "call Royal envoy" even though they'd never met.
Does yours have the same option somewhere?
I had the same thing. I had to start a new game and the option was on the phone , then I exited the game and went back to my original game and got the key in the catalogue. So far I had to do that twice and I think I will need to do it a third time as there is a new quest . It is so annoying. This is the worst quest event ever, I can't wait till it's done.

I can't complete the event, I have a quest to call the emissary, but my sims act like they never knew her😭 I started new save, but the event is stuck at calling her, I can't start over. I also tried to repair the game files.
I’m having the same problem as OP but she won’t show up in any of my households anywhere
