i am having the same problem, everywhere in the internet people say to use mods but i refuse to.
i saved as the sim was abducted but everytime i load he still won't come back pregnant ☹️
The outcome was likely already fixed when the abduction happened. So reloading will not change that.

i found a kinda solution for future readers that like me come to the internet to seek help!
There is a cheat to trigger alien abduction. No mod. no CC. just ingame cheat.
it took me 3 tries to get my sim pregnant, and i had him abducted 3 times on the same night.

i had him abducted 3 times all in a row, and the morning next he showed signs of pregnancy.
you have to wait at least 10 hours ingame before the moodlet of silly tummyache appears! happy simming
There is a small chance with every abduction that a male might become pregnant. It is not guaranteed to happen and will never happen if you have reached the maximum number of Sims/Pets in a household (8 total) included any existing pregnancies.
As I wrote there is a small chance each time. So just keep trying.
@Squalo_Tiburon, I'm not sure but I would think that if your Sim has enough points from fulfilling Aspirations you can go to the Aspiration panel of your Sim and click on the Rewards Store icon (it is a round button with a picture of a gift on it) -- if you have 3000 points you can use them to "purchase" the Fertility Reward which increases your chance of fertility (as well as twins and triplets!) 😉 There is also a Lot Trait you can add to your Sim's lot called "On Ley Line" which increases chances of twins, but I don't know if it increases a chance of conceiving a baby or not. Also, since the male pregnancies usually take place on a spaceship and not on your Sim's lot, this may not work for abductions anyway! 🤔
But I would think that the individual Fertility Reward should help in your case! 😉 But like @jpkarlsen stated, you might have to wait a while!

My male SIM has been abducted 5 times and no sign of pregnancy yet 😭
Hearing that somebody had 30 tries and no success is very demotivating!

@Baylon7373, congrats on your twin pregnancy via Alien abduction! 😃:eahigh_file: (Now there is a sentence you don't hear everyday! 🥳 ) It would be interesting to know if the patch upped the chances of pregnancy-by-alien-abduction, or if this would have happened eventually anyway. 🤔
@Skyla1203, if the latest patch is what helped @Baylon7373 get his Sim abducted and pregnant by Aliens, then perhaps you will have a better chance too!?! 🤞 Its worth a try, to don't give up! 😉
Wow, I've had several Sims who have had pregnancies from Alien abductions, but never twins! 🤨
lol! I honestly hope it doesn’t happen again. He was abducted three nights in a row after I sent them off. Gotta keep a close eye on that one! 🤔

Abducted 3 nights in a row! 🤨😞😃 If you want to prevent him from getting abducted again, you can make the satellite dish in the Science career and set it to prevent abductions. 🤓 If you don't want to go through that you can also use a cheat to purchase the satellite in Build/Buy Mode.
Go into Build/Buy Mode. Bring up the cheat box by pressing "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"C" (without the quotes) and in the box type "bb.showhiddenobjects" and press the "Enter" button. Then click on the Sort "Objects by Function" (looks like a chair icon) on the lower right of the screen. Then choose "Electronics" and then the miscellaneous electronics section button (looks like 3 dots and says "Misc."). Then scroll down until you find the satellite dish (I think it costs 500 Simoleans). 🙂
If you don't want to use cheats and don't want to play the Scientist career, the best you can do is to avoid doing things that attract them like using the telescope at night, or the microscope. Abductions usually happen at night in my game. But even avoiding telescopes and microscopes isn't fool proof, since I have had my Sims get abducted while gardening! 🤭😃
