@Adipsycho Hello!  Are you talking about the number that pops up on the Gallery button?

This comes from the Online Notifications button which you can uncheck in Game Options.  Note this will prevent ALL notifications; at start up and in game.  As far as I know, there is no way to block the Maxis faves specifically.  So, if you still want notifications from people you have followed, you'll want to leave this box checked and you'll just have to try to ignore the Maxis faves.  I leave mine unchecked since I like to check the gallery regularly anyway.  When people I've followed share or fave, that still shows up in the newsfeed (along with the Maxis faves unfortunately :-/ )

    Thanks i will try that, i thought to online stuff was just the people you download or follow never occurred to me it was Maxis to.

    When i turn it off the symbol changed from a lightbulb to a folder.. now i just need maxis to fav something then check if i see it or not. lol

    @Adi-Caan It sounds like you unchecked the Online Special Features Access.  That one gives you access to the online gallery, so you'll only see your library and why the lightbulb changed to a folder icon.  The Online Notifications option is the one that brings up those notifications numbers.  If you want to access the gallery, you'll want to re-check the Special Features option.

    If you want to test the Online Notifications option, then make sure the Online Special Features is checked, then go into the game and save any lot to your library.  If the Online Notifications is on, you will see a number pop up on the light bulb in game.  You can also go back to the main menu and you will see a number on the light bulb there as well.  Then try unchecking Online Notifications in game options again.  Go into the game and save another lot.  When you go back to the main menu, there should not be any number on the light bulb.

    @JonaO703 I don't use gallery stuff so that's not a problem, all my stuff is from TSR or made by myself. as long as it stop Maxis favs i don't care. lol
