@invisiblebeki Try transferring the mods and custom content again, except this time, zip the files together before moving them. You can right-click on the Mods folder and select Compress (Windows), or Send to > Compressed (zip) File (macOS). On the new computer, right-click and select Extract.
Yesterday i found out that my mods only work when the sims 4 folder is in my OS drive (C🙂 but i have no more storage there. When i try transferring everything to my D drive, it doesnt work anymore. Is there anyway to fix this?
@invisiblebeki If you want to redirect Documents to D, please do exactly as this tutorial describes; it's easy to mess up the move and sometimes difficult to undo the damage.

If you'd like to move only the Sims 4 user folder to D, you can use a symbolic link instead, but please back up your Sims 4 user folder first; copying it to some other subfolder on D is fine.
