@cbarber89 If you have Get Famous and have played Candy and she's gained fame stars, one of the celebrity perks will cause other sims to dress like your sim. Since the other sim has her back facing the camera in your pic, I can't see her face, so I'm not sure if that is Candy or not.

Otherwise, take a look in Manage Households to see if you have the duplicate there. If so, then you could delete the extra one.

@CGrant56 🤣 that's what I thought at first but I hoovered over the SIM and they had the exact same name too, which made me wonder what the hell 🤣

The only thing I can think of is a mod causing the duplicate sim. I know of one that will use sims in your library to populate the NPCs. So, I guess the question is are you using mods?

The other question I have is are the extra sims in your Manage Households? If there are, you probably ought to delete them if you don't want the duplicates.

@CGrant56 Lol, no mods, this was on console so mods/cc not allowed.
I think the game is acting as though I've removed candy from her default household or changed something and it's created a second NPC. They were in my other households, I think it was not in the world category? I'm not fussed, at the moment just so long as my game doesn't start churning them out at 50 a day 🤣🤣
