@gabby26409  From the picture, I see you are at level 8 cooking.  You also have the use fresh ingredients checked.  For a lot of those meals, the game won't let you cook them if you don't have the ingredients.  

So can you cook anything, or is it just those particular meals?  If it is just those meals, then you need to buy or grow the ingredients and have them in either the sim's inventory or the fridge.
